Bereavement Group

When someone close dies and we are grieving, our world is different than it once was. We experience loneliness and isolation. The SEAS Bereavement Group was formed “To comfort the sorrowful.” From a card or pamphlets, to a phone call, or a visit, we offer support in the grieving process. Working with Capital Hospice, we provide information for grief counsel, either individual or in groups. In November we schedule a Mass of Remembrance and a Holiday Grief Workshop. If you would like “to give back” comfort you received after the loss of a loved one, then the Bereavement Group is a place for you.
